We are looking for a Flutter Developer to join our team and help us create high-quality, cross-platform mobile applications for our clients.

As a Flutter Developer at Nextech, you’ll collaborate with product managers, designers, and backend engineers to build intuitive and reliable apps. You’ll be involved in the full app development lifecycle—from requirements gathering and UI design to deployment and performance optimization.

Requirements

• Experience developing mobile apps using Flutter and Dart
• Familiarity with state management (e.g. Provider, Bloc, Riverpod)
• Understanding of RESTful APIs and integrating backend services
• Experience publishing apps to Google Play and/or App Store is a plus
• Solid knowledge of Git and collaborative development workflows
• Strong problem-solving and communication skills
• Ability to work effectively in a team
• Good time-management skills
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (final-year students are welcome)
